This looks really cool and I'm sure that physical toys combined with interactive software are the future.

It would be really cool if someone made a highly user customizable game like this with various fetish scenarios as well as girls with a variety of personalities and individual dialogue and responses who could get pregnant in pseudo real time (like a month) with the game keeping track of how many times you did different acts with them or how many times they made you climax even more so if the game was in 1st person and you could walk into a harem and select the girl you wanted that day or whatever. I'm sure a game like that would have a thriving mod community that's for sure. Also you should be able to create clips and replay your favorite moments in slow motion or create a montage. Man this post is creepy.
