I've been wondering for a while..

Usually it's for situations when the customer want to leave request about shipping or deliveries. (leave at backdoor, leave at office, etc.) We've also seen feedbacks and comments by our customer to us. Sometime people ask questions but the question may not get to customer service for answering. Processing is automated so usually only the shipping/packing department gets to see the customer note.
