I believe that it doesn't work for most people the way it is described.  I've tried 2 of the Aneros and 2 of the nJoy toys and it was never an extra special, mind blowing orgasm.  Actually, most of the time I used them, I was a bit uncomfortable because there was a hard plastic thing in my ass while I was trying to jerk off.  I know the information that's available says to leave it in for 20+ minutes to give your muscles time to relax and adjust to it, I've tried leaving it in for hours but have never had an experience like those described on their website.  If you're really curious about it, my suggestion would be to start much cheaper with a $10-$20 plug/dildo, if it's something you like you can upgrade later on.
