hands free toy for disabled male

Hello everybody,
I'm not sure this is the right place to ask but I just want some general advice on which device would be right for me. I am a physically disabled 25 year old with no mobility or strength. I live with my father and I also receive help from a caregiver paid by the state. Here is my situation:
I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I haven't masturbated at all in the last five years. I had been able to do it on my own in my teenage years with some difficulty, but that unfortunately ended after I lost some strength after a hospital scare. This obviously means I often live with some sexual tension. I have decided I want to ask my caregiver if she would consent/be comfortable in helping me use a sex toy. I know this is kind of weird but I want to have some kind of control over it, so I don't feel like shes getting me off.
I would like to find a product that has a remote control that I can easily manipulate on my own. Easy to use and clean. Something that is not TOO inconspicious. I'm willing to pay for quality but I'd prefer itd not break the bank so I dont need to talk about it with my father.
I have seen the autoblow 2 product but I have seen reviews that say the material needs to be replaced fairly often which is quite expensive.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Wow that sucks man, I don't know if TD allows linking to other websites but maybe they can make an exception here,
Looking around I found this:
https://blog.onahole.eu/reviews/sex-machines/vorze-a10-cyclone-sa
Is called the Vorze a10, it's expensive and I have no experience with it but it looks really nice. It moves on it's own
and it looks like a medical apparatus, not like a sex toy. It comes with a DVD and it follows the movements of the
movie. It also works with other videos but not sure how to synch it, I think you need to download specific tracks
so it moves according to the video. I know some people made tracks for Faphero. It connects via USB to a PC but
it has a Japanese power plug so you need an adapter.
Hope this helps, if not you could just buy a sleeve from here or even hire a sex worker. I know they exist and are
legal but don't know where you would find one near your area.
Good luck

You could try the COBRA Libre II

By the way i thought you guys get free prostate massages by nurses man you should look into that. And i think your dad would understand you and most likely is wondering about that situation, so maybe try and talk to him man .

Hello - Here is my opinion on your two questions:
Firstly, I think you should apply the direct approach to your caregiver and discuss your desires openly, Your caregiver may already be providing you with toiletry assistance so there should be a degree of trust already in place. If your caregiver is unwilling to assist, then pursuing an automated sex toy isn't going to work. You need participation.
Secondly, any of the toys mentioned so far require some form of stabilization, either by someone holding the device or having it mounted in a way that you can use it, This is not rocket science, but requires a wheelchair modification with some clamping mechanism to hold the toy while in operation. From my experience, a mechanical sex toy also requires occasional additional lubrication, and that dictates a willing assistant.
I assume you have the ability to control a computer, and that may be a significant benefit. The Vorze A10 Cyclone has the ability for remote control using a Windows PC. You could also look into electro stimulation (search for e-stim on the web.) as another masturbation option.

Hey thats right. e-stim might be a good idea, if it works and is safe in your condition. As I understand it, you just strap on some electrodes (maybe you can do this yourself?) and then don't have to stroke or anything.
