concerning lube

Hi, Maybe its just me but when the lube i am using in a toy dries out i add more. From reading other posts it seems that you can add water to the lube to stretch it out. First, does this effect the lube in a negative way? Secondly, how much water are we talking about, and how do you apply it, ex: directly to the toy? or some other way?. I ask because good lube is expensive and goes faster than you would imagine. So do you add water or not? and if you do how do you go about it? thanks.

I don't know how others add water, but I use a mini spray bottle. You can usually find these in drug stores or Walmart by the travel sized stuff. My current one says "carry-on size 3-ounce spritzer bottle".
When I feel the lotion starting to get too sticky, I just spray 2 or 3 squirts into the toy and maybe a couple on myself. This usually buys me a few more minutes. If it dries out again, I add a little lotion this time and a couple more squirts of water.

Water-based lube benefits from added water once it gets tacky, because it dries out and gets absorbed. Just a little is needed. For good effect, get a to-go coffee cup, the sort with a built-in seal on the lid where you press a button to drink. Put warm (not boiling!) water in and close the lid. When things start to feel rough, just unleash a spurt over yourself. It feels like she just climaxed.
