I have owned a cyberskin masturbator before, quite a larger than typical one at 7+ inches long, so it felt like a decent size.  The inside was lightly ribbed, no special texturing.  Overall I thought it was a pretty good toy, even though it did have issues keeping clean and tearing.  It was a looser toy, which I preferred, since I like something closer to a regular sexually active woman or MILF, and if I wanted it a little tighter all I had to do was squeeze down.  This was an open ended design, but I didn't come out the other end without trying since it was a small hole on the end and it stretched a good bit with use.  It was molded after Carmen Luvana or some other porn star like that.  I bought a second one after the first one finally wore out, they were pretty cheap overall, at about $30 a piece, lasting more than 2-3 years combined....and the second one I got on a discount for only $20.   So all in all, not a bad deal.  Got plenty of good use out of them.  Eventually they did degrade though and now they don't even make them anymore.     

I also owned a jelly stroker which had a kind of bubbled ribbed structure on the inside, it was a free gift and I really didn't like it much at all, just too slippery, it was really small, and always came out the other end of it.  Not enough material over all, and basically no sensation to be had.

I haven't really bothered to own another toy for a long while.  I thought cyberskin felt great, but I'm fine with trying other materials.

Now to the main issue; what to get now?  I'm really not sure what to choose!  I've been thinking about getting a hip, and I hear good things about Meiki Extreme Pleasure and Cherry, but they're not exactly visually appealing to me.  I'm more of an ass man, and things like the Hera Hip and Pure Hip are much more appealing...but I also want some pretty good feeling and realistic internal structures....and the small sizes really do kind of turn me off.   The Fuck Me Silly was also primarily appealing because of its ass and size, but I'm not so sure the internals will be that great.  The Cherry evolution looks to be sculpted well, but it's not available in my country yet and I know very little about it, only saw pictures. 

I also think....do I need a hip?  Not really.   You can't have it all I guess so I'd say the internals are of more importance to me than the outer body.   I like to thrust against a nice round bottom, but since I've never owned a hip, I wonder how fast that will get old, especially for the effort of cleaning and care.  I'd say the most likely position I would use one is on the side in a spooning position against a large body pillow for support. 

So I've looked around and done research on various hips, primarily Meiki/NPG brand hips, and I'm still not sure.  Another issue is not all of these reviews are new, and it's hard to find out if there are any newer better less spoken of products on the market simply because of how new they are.

So with that in mind, I might be willing to settle away from having a hip for the realistic lap feel, and lean more toward a smaller hand held masturbator since I would most likely be looking at porn while using them anyways.  I've heard good things about the ZXY, and right off the bat when I saw it I knew I liked its very realistic looking internals.  I'm not sure what else can be said about the ZXY, but I'm wondering are there any better choices than the ZXY? I've never owned those types of toys, and certainly not a dual layered design before.

I basically just want a really good realistic feeling toy, preferably with some longevity, and larger than the typical 5 inch open ended designs. I can deal with smaller close ended designs as long as they stretch decently. 

So is the ZXY what I'm looking for or is there better?

I know the ZXY is No 5., and there are later versions like No. 6 and 7, etc, but I haven't really heard much about them.  From the reviews of them, I always see someone saying it's tighter than the ZXY or simply not as good.  The ZXY seems to be the tried and true choice.
