first off a big thank you to toy demon for providing us with such a great toy AND a forum to share our individual ideas/knowledge of all the great products they sell!

Also, thanks to all of the plush owners that have previously shared their ideas and experiences with plush modification, I never would've thought of most of them.

I just completed a successful breast reduction of my meiki plush without any prior doll experience and extremely limited sewing skills. I was very intimidated by the thought of opening up my plush until i did a web search of 'invisible stitching'. Once I saw how the stitch was done I practiced it a few times then headed off to surgery.

1) First I used a razor to open the stitch (a small pair of sharp scissors would work also.

2) Remove desired amount of filling. I did not remove all of it as I wanted to retain some shape. Most of what I removed was from the bottom and side of the cup. I also saved mine just in case.

3) If you are still tentative, or might want to return the doll to its original form I suggest skipping this step. Personally I wanted things to look clean/neat so I didn't want a lot of loose material bunched up. Pulling the top material over the bottom I marked off the excess and cut it away.

4) Follow the instructions for the invisible stitch (also called a ladder stitch). I used white thread because it was handy. I also doubled back all the way across to reenforce the stitch.

Now just repeat on the other side, as you can see I did a much better job on the left breast so I will most likely redo the right which was my 1st attempt. This will hopefully make a quty tits attachment or a future upgrade to some busty aichans easier and give a nicer appearance.

This took me roughly 15-20 minutes to do and definitely boosts my confidence to open her up to add weight in the future.

that is awesome how you did that!

Just a curious question though, did you think the breasts were too full/hard/big? I thought it was spongey enough so that even though it was big but it still felt nice.

I just felt the plush breasts were not realistic enough. Reading through the thread were others had attached the busty aichan to the plush it seemed everyone agreed the breast area needed to be 'flatter' first.

Right now I own the quty tits and flattening the breast area has made it easier to place them in a more natural position, can't wait to upgrade to aichans though. Also I was hoping my post would give others the confidence to mod their plush as they see fit to add to the realism.

I have some incomplete ideas on adding an entrance for anal floating through my head, if I ever achieve it I'll be sure to share.
