So I got it today and gave it a quick test run. The only other oral simulator I've tried before is the Fera Zoma.

Texture wise is pretty simple. The inner cheeks are ribbed the same as the roof of the mouth though the roof is much more prominent. The tongue is also ribbed. It lays flat so don't expect to feel it that much without using the pressure pads. It feels good but isn't overly stimulating. Will probably use less lube next time I try it.

The pressure pads works as stated; Just pick your favorite choke point and have at it.  Though I'd personally recommend that if you like it tight  all around you might want to take off the pads and squeeze the material directly.

The material is apparently silicone and I'm happy with it after zoma ripped after the seam, this one at least stretches to accommodate. Not that great for those fans of realistic skin though. I love the fact that it's easy to clean due to it's ability to change into a through hole design.

Warning: This thing is compact. Pretty dang small which is great if you want portability and the design makes it pretty discreet. Problem comes up if you're on the above average side in terms of size because I'm certainly not. The suction that they'd played up is also an issue. There didn't seem to be any. Another warning is the fact that the "magic holes" that they have in the back for you to adjust suction is kind of big. Be careful not to spill any lube if you decide leave it open.
