I've probably read hundreds of suggestions and discussion posts on the topic of the most realistic onahole, and I'd say the consensus seems to revolve around 3 choices: the meiki maria ozawa, meiki zxy, and the tomax lilith uterus soft.

I can't speak to the maria ozawa, but I own both the zxy and lilith uterus, and I have to say that the tomax lilith uterus soft takes the cake. Don't get me wrong, the zxy is still probably the most recommended onahole and it will certainly feel great, but I honestly can't imagine anything feeling more life-like than the lilith soft. The subtle textures inside it just nail the experience! However, I do think a simple case modification is necessary to get the most out of it.

If you get one, I suggest that you cut a pringles can down to about 6" (length of onahole), wrap the onahole in a washcloth, and put the onahole inside the pringles can. The rigidity provided by the case seems to simulate that tight sensation of a vagina being suspended in a muscular sheath that otherwise floppy, claseless pocket pussies don't have. This is a must in my opinion. I tried to build one for the zxy but I never could find anything with quite the right diameter.

Also, the lilith uterus is much easier to clean. I've had mine over a year and have flipped it inside out at least a hundred times to clean it without any trouble or damage to the toy. A reasonable question. I think that when the onahole starts to tear and split it may be time for a soldering iron repair (as described in many forum posts). If that doesn't add life to your toy, then it may be time for retirement. There is no material deterioration that I have observed in all the time I've had onaholes. Keep them clean and dry and they should theoretically last a lifetime.

Obviously frequency/intensity of use matters more than time duration.

Specifically...

1. Those devices intended for the Japanese market tend to last the shortest period of time due to the design being too snug and too shallow for Caucasian, or for that matter Chinese, penises

2. Chinese devices come in second in durability

So, the short story is that the 'lifetime' of a sex toy depends on country of origin, manufacturer, price level and hardness. Both of my magic Eyes oral wankers and the Neotonic Fairy have split at each important corner within one week of daily use. I don't have the Meiki Cherry and a cheap Chinese hip at hand to see how they compare but I believe that they too also got quickly damaged.

My Fleshlights have lasted multiple times longer than anything Asian made. And they don't cost much more (less than Asian made sold to me in Japan).
