Hey there, I'm new around here and I just tried making my first purchase using my VISA but it gave me an error saying that the address I was entering was incorrect even though it wasn't. This happened 3 times and when I tried it the fourth time, it simply told me that the "Payment processor declined my order". I checked with my bank and they said there was no problem on their end and that the vendor was reversing the transaction just seconds after posting it.

Sigh, I really want to buy my first toy. Does TD have a number I can call to place my order over the phone? I'm located in Toronto, Canada.
