I use a baby bottle drying rack.  It's basically a plastic stand with plastic poles that can be inserted into the stand.  I cut the poles to adjust for the various depths of the onaholes, wash out the hole and place it on one of the poles overnight and it's dry in the mornin'.

I rinse it out with warm water and Anti Bacterial soap. Than I roll up a paper towel and slide it on into the canal. Towel dry the outside of the toy then I stick my ZXY and Maria Ozawa back into their handy zipper bags that you can buy from this site.

Once every few weeks I powder them with baby powder before storage.

I pretty much just rinse the toys after use and leave them upside down to drain all the water out..then let it airdry like that.. haven't had a problem yet.
