So I ordered the ZXY, then later realized if I added in a maria ozawa lube (which I actually now really need), the total would have been eligible for the free shipping. Leading to a discount that pays for the lube itself. I tried to cancel my order, but apparently when I order anonymously, I don't have the option to cancel. I feel really bad knowing that my order was so close to the free shipping requirement, and I could have easily added that in a quick second for an even better deal from your website had I known. Could TD possibly do me a huge favor and revise my order form so I could add in that lube as if It was a cluster order? That would be super amazing if you guys can do this for me. This is also my very first order from TD switching from a loyal customer from Kanojo Toys.

I could have picked out anything that was around $10 dollars and qualified for that beautiful free shipping offer.
could have been a 60ml maria love potion, two water glide lubes, toy sterile, toy bag, G channel etc. You get the point.

Okay, they got back to me today. Thank you TD for the quick response. Unfortunately, since my order was already shipped, they can't really do much to change it. I should've emailed you guys before my package was in transit...Oh well.
