I was at the hardware store the other day and was feeling creative. Looking around the plumbing supplies I eyed some PVC pipe and noticed the 3" pipe would fit my ZXY perfectly. So I picked up a 3" Y-joint ($4.50) and an Irwin Quick-Grip vice (~$10). The ZXY fit perfectly in the pipe. The Maria needed to be "thickened" a little bit to fit so I got some rubber shelf liner and cut a piece to wrap around it a few times. This also helps it stay in place. You can adjust the length of the rubber to also increase the tightness.

I use the Quick-Grip to fasten it to the edge of a desk or table. I can fasten it to the top or bottom to adjust the height. I can put the ZXY in the 45° pipe to enjoy a different angle. I can use it from my chair this way. If you want to flip it over to use it "doggy style," it only takes five seconds to make the adjustment. I can put both Meikis in at the same time and have a "threesome".

All in all it works very well and has become my favorite method.

You're more than welcome. I'm still enjoying it. My biggest problem now is cleaning out the ZXY so often so I can get it ready to use again. I'm really not lasting long in the ZXY. I could slow down and prolong it but I get greedy and then finish in minutes. C'est la vie. I'm ready to go again in 30 minutes.

I'm going to go to the hardware store tomorrow and look around for more things to hump. I'll let you guys know if I find anything else.

Sorry, no pics of it in use. I don't think anyone wants to see my ugly junk.

Anyway, I made another trip to the hardware store and picked up some plain 3" PVC pipe. I cut it off to a convenient length and gave it a try. I'd have to say it works even better than the wye connector although the wye connector does let me use both my Maria and ZXY at the same time. I suppose I could just fix two of these pipes side by side. Anyway, the plain pipe makes for a tighter fit and feels great. Here's the method I use for fitting and mounting my Meiki Maria Ozawa.

Here are the materials used: The PVC pipe, some rubber drawer lining cut to fit, and the Meiki Maria, natch.


Wrap the Maria in the drawer lining to preferred tightness.


Work the Maria into the PVC pipe. If it is difficult to work in, reduce the size of the lining or wrap it tighter.


Inserted all the way in and ready to rock and roll.


Mount it to your desk or object of choice and hump away.

hahaha  I have also used the straight pipe method for toys and slid it under the mattress and under the couch cushion (for a change of scenery )

I wish I could slide it under the mattress but my bedframe is at an odd height. I'm trying to find other places in my house but I don't have a lot of furniture.
