Hi, i bought the pure hip and think it is a really great product however after i went away for a few days and come back there are marks all over the back and some of the ass. I have taken care of the hip from day one ( baby powder ,towel pat the outside, and let the inside air dry) I put it away wrapped in a t-shirt in the box it came with. My question is can these marks which essenstially look like a whip has been used will fall out of the hip, or are they now permanent.

do you mean wrinkled?? not sure what might cause this..maybe it's the combination of heat and like the tshirt you put on the but that caused it.

Do show us some pictures...maybe one of the forum members can figure out what is wrong with it...this hasnt happen to mine yet...

it is not wrinkled, it is marks. It looks like something has pressed against it but it has only been in a cardbox with a plain t-shirt wrapped around it for protection. It like if you press against your arm with a glass you are left with a mark for a few seconds then it fades, however the marks are not fading.

Only 2 reasons:

The T-Shirt + Heat caused some weird reaction with the material or

Some dude broke into your house and used it.
