For me it's all about interior canal design, I don't care if it's sticky or soft, pink, black or green.  I don't care if it feels or looks "realistic", I want it to feel incredible.  Reading back, I believe Thunderhead said it best- "one that massages the "corpus spongiosum" or in plain English: the tube that pumps your cum out."  Which is not as easy as it might sound, there has to be an equal balance of pressure and texture (from both the material and the canal design).
