IMO..you wear a condom to prevent STD / Pregger in real life.. but downside is it takes away from the feeling. I think with toys..it is kind of pointless since I don't believe a silicon will give you STD (but dont quote me on it ).. and wearing one you will probably lose part of the feelings the toy is originally designed to generate. But of course...if your all about shortening or eliminating cleaning time..then wearing one will definitely by one fast solution.
