You guys wont ship overseas (I'm in Australia) why not?

There are other sites that ship to my country but I'd rather buy from you guys... you're about to lose a sale!

They care about the customer and feedback is vital. I bought Seven Teen and it was from Ebay, they don't mind losing a sale as long as the customer is "satisfied". But I know how you feel, since my dumbass ebay seller lives in Hong Kong, and didnt have any seventeen's left in stock so the moron had to order MORE. and its been 9 days since i spent 70 bucks usd on the dang thing and im waiting for it to get to THEM so they can package it to send to ME.

Odd thing is.... japans on the right side of me (i live in usa) and china is on the left. now......I don't understand the reason for having to order from japan to hong kong to repackage it (With them gladly being discreet about it) the product is flying over the usa from japan to china. that is messed up considering the 20$ i paid the mfer to buy this thing, lol.

This is a question we actually get quite often. We would love to ship all over the world. Before we can do that, there are many important issues we address. 1) Can we uphold the same quality of service to oversea customers? 2) Will our existing US customer service suffer as a result? 3) Is it even cost effective for oversea customer to buy from us(Shipping oversea is not cheap)? 4) Does our shipping system support oversea shipping?

Currently we can not be 100% sure on these issues. Most likely any expansion will come from within the continent first(like Canada). We would like to thank all the oversea visitors who took the time to visiting our site and are sorry that at this time we are unable to fulfill your request.
