Does this work on other toys like the Maria Ozawa?

no, because the Warmer is designed to work with the material TENGA uses.

There's no reason the warming stick wouldn't work, but you'd have to make sure it's not hot enough to melt the innards of your toys that aren't Tenga/solid silicone. The warming stick is obviously a better tool for other toys because it would probably warm up the entire length of a toy like Meiki, while the Tenga warmer (electronic) only warms up like 3.5" of length (while getting hot enough to melt Meiki/Toyheart material as well).

I'm not sure where you'd get a stick warmer other than importing it at great cost though. I'd love to get one to try out since the one I had a long time ago blew up in the microwave.

We've tested different ways to reuse the warming stick and trying to come up with a way to best "recharge" the stick.
Our original diagram which isn't available on our site anymore (but available at other sites that stole our drawings lol)
was based on the original instruction from TENGA.

We'll be posting it after trying a few more methods to see if there's any better way.

Anyone know if Meiki plans to make a warming stick for their toys?

I read in another thread that putting the stick in boiling water is a good way to recharge it and reduce the risk of damaging it in a microwave.  I want one of these also (I want so much stuff from this site lol) I read that they are limited edition, how long do I have to get one?

The original ones were limited edition. These are the new version of them. They are a little different in size but work the same.
