A One recently release a silicone face mask for its Love Body and Love Venus doll. Hopefully, it will work with Meiki Plush DX...

It does not fit:
It's a cap over the top of the head, and the bottom of the chin. As you can see, it's about 3/4 the size of the Meiki plush head / face. Even if you sliced off part of the cap, the width is not right. Alas.
I'm in the planning stages of making a face from fabric.
