I'm unable to login to this website through my laptop but i am able to login to this forum. it's driving me nuts because i can login to the site on my s5 galaxy but i want to do it on my laptop here. whats possibly wrong? Every time I hit login it does that loading circle thing and then nothing. im stumped, and saddened because I want to buy some stuff on monday when i get paid because it's been a really long time since i've gotten anything from this site and I'd like to continue being a customer. ps sorry for the bad grammar. im used to my phone autocorrecting it all.

Nothing wrong with your userid and password, as you are able to log in using other methods. I would suggest you try the following:

1. Clear your browser history. This will remove any saved passwords, browsing history and more importantly - the cookies that websites store on your laptop.
2. Try a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome on your laptop.

If those two suggestions don't work, let us know what happened after trying the above two remedies in some detail and we can narrow down the problem.

Stuff works now on chrome, thank you. i didnt think to try clearing the info stuff on chrome last night when i was trying to login through chrome since it didnt work on firefox.
