So ive bought the pro lotion before, and I know how thick the nozzle is. Its not a fragile piece of plastic by any means. So the fact that the nozzle came practically destroyed like this means someone dropped it at the facility and packaged it anyway without replacing it. That is the ONLY way that thing can break off like it did and get stuck INSIDE the damn bottle itself, floating amongst the lube. I bought this along side a meiki pure hip and some lube got all over the damn box, making a mess of it. Very annoying. I can't believe some lazy bastard actually still went ahead and shipped it rather than just get another off the shelf and replace it.

its obvious what they did because the plastic its wrapped in is still intact, which is why the nozzle is inside the bottle rather than inside the box or missing entirely. And I just want to be clear, the nozzle on the pro lotion is fairly thick, noy super thick but thick enough to where it doesn't break easily. This means it takes a pretty big impact for it to break which also means this did NOT break while still inside of the box... There is no way it could have. They had to have dropped this directly on its head on solid concrete. Not only that, but the jackass wrapped it in paper and even stuffed some of the paper into the nozzle hole to minimize the leaking... How kind of him, as if he actually felt guilty about it. Guess I can't really complain about that tho since the leaking was kept to a minimum because of it atleast, otherwise the box would have got wet damage.

 I really hope that the meiki isn't damaged in anyway... That would be an even bigger pain in the ass.

Can't beleive this is how the employees at the toy demon facilities do things... If you look closely you can see the nozzle head floating inside the bottle. BY THE WAY, I bought the lube before I knew about the 20% off price reduction code, so I basically paid full price for the damn thing without adding the code...

We do want to stress that our warehouse staff would never ship a broken bottle of lotion to our customers but at times lotion bottles may be damaged during transit depending on how the package was handled by the shipping carriers. It is simply not beneficial for any business to send out a broken lotion which can leak all over other toys so the company can waste more resources and costs to replace it once the customer receives it.
