Difference between Meiki Cherry 2 vs ZXY and YJY
« on: June 02, 2016, 11:42:48 AM »
Hello, I own a ZXY and Bocca and was wondering what the difference is between a hip such as Meiki Cherry 2 vs some other popular onas such as ZXY and YJY. I never used a hip before, can someone explain the practical/sensation difference?

You have two good sleeves. I own both the ZXY and YJY and am happy with them.

On the positive side - hips are visually and sensationally more realistic and allow for a hands-free experience because of their weight. Hips also allow greater position choices, like doggy, cowgirl and missionary.

On the negative side - hips are more expensive, are harder to clean and more challenging to hide from curious eyes. Experimenting to find the hip most suited for you can flatten your wallet in no time.

However, I recommend you sort the available hips in the store by ToyDemon rating and user reviews. That should give you a shopping shortlist. My personal favorite (and by massive popular vote) is the Meiki Extreme Pleasure Hip. Since graduating to hips I hardly use any of my sleeves at all. They are just awesome.

I have an Extreme Pleasure Hip, but don't like it and it is hard to explain why.  Sensation-wise, a hip is very similar to an onahole.  They are made of out similar if not identical material.  There is just more of it.

One selling point of hips like the EPH is that they can jiggle and sway back and forth to aid in stimulation.  I didn't think this motion added anything to the experience.  It was more likely to move the same direction as my thrusts and therefore reduce stimulation.

The appearance didn't turn me on either.  I think the main difference between EPH and a Meiki Cherry is the leg area.  Although they are cut off extremely short, Cherry has well-defined legs.  EPH does not.  It is like the butt cheeks curve all the way around from back to front in a comically unrealistic way.  I didn't realize how much this would bother me.  But it does.  In hindsight, I know I would have appreciated a Meiki Cherry more than the EPH.

So for me the EPH was not one bit better than a simple onahole like the ZXY.  The extra size and weight made it much more expensive and harder to clean, but not even a little bit more fun.

Disclaimer: I'd already been using a Meiki Plush Doll (highly recommended) with my onaholes for months by the time I got the hip.  Going from that to a solid hip was actually a downgrade in all respects.
