Vorze A10 Cyclone SA questions (new owner)

I joined the Vorze club this week
and while I do enjoy it so far, there have been a couple things that I am not sure are normal. I just want to find out if I got a bad unit or if I am doing something wrong. Thank you to anyone who can provide feedback for me.
1) Bluetooth randomly drops out 2-4 times during a session, but a unplug/re-plug of the bluetooth adapter seems to fix it.
2) I can't tell if the Vorze is charging. I left it charge over 4 hours the first day I got it and the lights never changed. How long does it normally take? The power button was flashing red earlier today, so I am attempting to charge again. The Mode lamp is currently solid white and the power button is a greenish yellow (also not blinking). In the directions under Low Battery, it says the charging lamp blinks when charging? It also seems to indicate the white light should go off when done?
3) Has anyone had a problems with the inner case popping open during a session? I don't hear it pop, but when I take the top cap off, I see the pieces are no longer connected (like the top piece isn't held in by the tab anymore). This has happened every time to me and I believe this wrecked my first sleeve. I heard a grinding like the motor was struggling, but since it was the first time using it, I didn't think much of it. I pushed on and later found out that the case had popped open and ripped one of the holders on my sleeve (I think it was pinched between the pieces and tore).
I have since been much more careful with my second sleeve and haven't had any issues, but the case is still popping open.
4) Should you be able to hold the Vorze straight up on your cock or do you need to keep it angled? I only ask because when I turn it vertical, the inner case pops off the magnets/crank at the bottom is pushing against the top cap. I think there is enough connection there to still turn it, but I wonder too if that is some of the reason for the cranking noises exhibited in question 3. For now I have been trying to stay at a 45 degree angle to hopefully keep that connected.
5) Anyone truly made this hands free yet? While the VORZEPlayer keeps the action automated, having to hold this unit is still cumbersome for longer sessions. I would like to lean it on my desk or maybe a small stand, but I am afraid the spinning motion would just crank it right off. (admittedly this isn't a dealbreaker, but it would enhance the experience that much further)
