Hi, I've been meaning to share a mod that has radically improved my enjoyment of meiki-type onaholes:  using an elastic band to provide tightness just at the entrance (as opposed to the entire length).  I suspect this has been independently discovered before, but can't find it in the forums, so here goes.

Background:  I've experimented with wrapping a sock or ace bandage around the onahole, but it doesn't feel very nice to have the whole thing be tight.  I don't like that feeling of having my dick pushed out.  What feels great, and what "nature intended", is for the vagina to hold the penis snugly.  During sexual arousal the vagina actually enlarges inside, while the vulva and clitoris swell and the entrance tightens.

Materials/methods: I use a small elastic ankle brace cut into rings.  "Futuro" makes good ones.  Their "small" size is about the same external diameter as the Toysheart First Sexual Experience (FSE), and works well for the FSE and the ZXY and even the Julia.  I cut mine into rings about an inch long.  For increased tightness, wrap a second a ring around the first.  For smaller onaholes like the FSE, I cut a longer length section and double or triple it up, which effectively makes the ring diameter smaller.

Experience: It feels fucking amazing -- i.e. like intercourse -- to push into a warm, wet onahole that's been modded this way.  Soft (and textured), wet (slippery), warm, and tight (at the entrance) = highly appealing properties of the vagina.   A warmed-up ZXY with ample lube is almost right; this mod optimizes tightness and is imo the final piece of the vaginal emulation puzzle.  It stimulates the penis going in and grips it pleasantly.  I can't overemphasize what a difference it's made.  I use it regularly, except if I really want a looser opening, e.g. if not fully erect.  That is the one disadvantage (apart from possibly climaxing too fast):  as with a real vagina, if you're not sufficiently erect, you can't go in.  You have to remove the ring and then put it back on -- or, roll it back out of the way, toward the back end of the onahole.  This can be distracting.  On the plus side, an onahole with a tightened entrance holds lube much more effectively, so you can use a lot of it if you like.

I suspect that a lot of the phenomenon of DGS -- "death grip syndrome" -- actually reflects the fact that one's hand can provide an extra squeeze at the "entrance" (or start of a stroke), while an onahole cannot.  Your mileage may vary, and DGS probably means different things to different people, but for me, it meant exactly this.  Using an onahole without this mod feels passive and relatively "lifeless", and it can take a long time to climax.  Adding this mod "hits the spot":  it feels more natural and responsive, thanks to the elastic.  In my case, this mod was indeed the "cure" for DGS.

I hope this is useful and am interested to see what others' experiences are with this or similar mods.

That sounds awesome man! I've done a lot of modifications over the years but never really thought about that one with a Meiki. I'm going to try it right now with my Sarah. I don't have one of those things though so I'm going to use a chunk from an old Fleshlight that I cut up and made a small hole in. Should be the same effect (or even more tight and fleshy at the entrance

I've been using the MPD to a similar effect by tightening the draw string cord at the entrance.  I didn't really think about it though until reading your post.  The MPD in general will make all meikis a little tighter once you insert it into the doll, especially the thicker ones like the ZXY,  but tightening the cord does add a certain something to the experience.
