Hows it goin, got the meiki real and there is something i am not understanding on these directions. It comes with the lube and some powder. What do i do with the powder?

the powder (similar to starch or baby powder) are used to pad down the outside surface of the onahole after cleaned and dry.. I use this method for all my onaholes.. it keeps the surface dry and smooth to the touch as some of toys material may feel more tacky than others.
