take a soldering iron to it, that's how I fix any tears on a toy, melt the silicone slightly and fuse it back, I'd assume you can do this to combine two toys together, just not sure how much surface area you'd be heating up and if they're liquid long enough to get the two piece fused.it's worth a shot.
