Anyone else having issues with this toy? (see photos)

The entrance ripped on mine and the plastic lip was a gnarly experience.
Only used it four times!

Rest of the toy seemed fine, but felt some "contact" inside the toy.
Don't have the tools to go deeper and didn't want to dismantle the toy either.

I got mine today... I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I wash my toys before I use them the first time for fairly obvious reasons. I noticed what felt like a split and thought it might just be part of the design... after prying it open a bit to where I could see there's already a separation between the inner layers and what appears to be a hole... This toy looks great.. probably feels great.. and it's innovative... BUT it appears to have some huge issues. I'm afraid to even try to use it. What a disappointment. If I had seen this I wouldn't have set $130 on fire.... lol.
