Unfortunately it will not. The Fleshlight casing handle is thinner on the bottom side which the Ozawa sleeve will not fit into. Also, the Fleshlight sleeves are designed to have more hollow center and thin wall giving more room to expand within the casing while being used. Ozawa sleeve has thicker material which will be a very tight squeeze if placed within a Fleshlight casing.
