Replace a replacement

I recently sent a Mecha Shiko back, because of a hole that formed inside. I receive my replacement and the new one has a problem where the tunnel runs far to the right making the right wall and back wall very thin (not sure of how I can take a picture of this for RMA). There are also some outer defects, over all I think it was a bad mold as the first one I had did not have these problems. I can not try to get another replacement as the system is stopping me from doing so, and wont be able to afford the shipping as it is verging on the cost of buying a new product.

Sorry I do not know the answer to your question but I am concerned about the same thing. I am about to purchase the Meiki Maria which can have the same defect of the canal running too close to the wall...
Did they cover the cost of shipping when you sent the toy back?
Try to open a support ticket and I am sure you will receive an answer by tomorrow. My experience is that they reply very fast on business days

They didn't cover shipping to them the first time I sent it, but I'm hopping they will this time. I have sent a ticket just waiting for a reply now.
