Hi everyone,
I recently ordered a ZXY, and when I took out the printed cardboard box from the discreet white box, everything seemed fine. There was an outer sticker on the printed box, and an inner NPG sticker on the see-through container inside. However, the actual bag holding the sleeve has a gaping hole in the front and looks ripped open? Is this normal? Or does it mean someone tampered with the sleeve? o.o I've attached a picture below.

If everything is sealed and in tact before you opened it and only that bag has a small rip opening like that. I don't think anyone tampered with it.... I've had a few of these happenings from some of the hefty/meatier toys  .. I would say it's probably from the box shaking due to mail carrier throwing or dropping boxes in transit... that would definitely cause these bags to pop from time to time.

received mine as well today. and exactly the same as in you Pocket was torn on the picture on the seam. in the same way and on the same side. This is not by dropping by the postman but from the factory like that. I think the bags not close properly melted, first they go into the bags and then they are melted, I probably have the same series as you.
