Hey there,

I have been reading a lot about the different onaholes on this forum the last few days. A few stood out for a beginner like myself, and they were the different Meiki: single-layer (mainly Mario Ozawa and Sarah), and the dual-layer (XZY, Hibiki Otsuki and others...), as well as other more soft ones like the ones from Tomax or the DNA Miyu Hoshino...

And honestly, I simply can't choose. I've put an order for the XZY two times already, but always cancelled at the last minute because I thought I should ask you guys for advice before taking a decision.

I don't have that much money to invest in this, but I am willing to buy something of good quality (hence the Meiki) that could last me for a while (and that is why the dual-layer scared me a little).

I have no idea what would feel best for me, whether higher stimulation or more softness, and this is why I was tempted to buy the XZY since it has so many good reviews, but as I said was wondering if a dual-layer wouldn't wore itself out too quickly after uses.

I just don't know what to choose, I guess I prefer long sessions over short ones, but I am afraid that I wouldn't be able to enjoy a soft single-layer one enough to give me any pleasure in the first place.
In fact, I like the idea of softer stimulation that slowly build pleasure over time more than over-powering stimulation, but I don't really know which of the different toys would give me this feeling, and I don't want to have something so soft that I won't be able to enjoy it (due to lack of sensitivity).

So, could you guys please help me ?

I am honestly in the same boat as you can't decide which Meiki to get have looked at many reviews and in the forum many people like Hibiki some like the ZXY and other like the Maria better. I honestly don't know which one too pick I bought the Julia + really like it but as for Meiki clueless sry my reply didn't help. Just hope someone can help us out because I have been on hold from buying any Meiki because idk which one is the best one. Also I like box art to me most appealing one is the Sarah, YJY and then Maria. Hope someone can help us out.

First of all, I'm glad you guys did some reading and researched what it is you want.  Even if you still have questions, it's much easier to help you now that you guys know what's out there. 

To be honest, if you are new to toys it's hard to say what you will like or not like or which way you will lean as far as stimulation vs. realism/softness.  I hate to say this, but it may take a few toys before you figure it out.  It's hard to form an opinion if you have nothing to base it on or nothing to compare to.

For these reasons, many will recommend the more popular meikis like the ZXY or the Maria Ozawa to 1st time meiki buyers.  First of all, there's a good reason these meikis are so popular and continue to sell long after many other models have been released.  Secondly, once you experience one or both of these meikis, it's much easier to anticipate whether or not you will like another model based on comparison to the ZXY or Maria Ozawa.

If you can buy only one at first, go with the one that you feel you already are leaning towards.  In other words, if you think you'll like softer, more realistic play, consider the Maria.  If you're leaning towards stimulation, go with the ZXY.

I have both of these and both have been favorites of mine at different times.  That said, both have well documented issues that you may have to deal with.  With the Maria, it's the possibility of the off-centered tunnel.  And the ZXY has the durability problems that all NPG dual-layered meikis have.  That said, I still was able to enjoy both for a long time with proper care.

I know that a lot of you are looking for an absolute answer when asking which meiki should I buy.  Unfortunately there isn't one.  Everyone has a different background with different likes and preferences.  Predicting which meiki would be best for you is like guessing what your favorite food is with no other information about you.  All the so called "meiki veterans" can do is try to give sound advice of where to start.  Think of this as a journey.  You may regret a purchase here and there but each purchase will help lead you to where you want to go.  Good luck and I hope this helps.

Sweet thanks SonicBoom nice name btw reminds me of Street fighter lol anyways I think I will go with ZXY myself I read a lot about Maria one with the canal problem so I am going to play it safe and get the ZXY for now. Wish they made it like get the Meiki you want and change the box to any girl who pleases your eyes better that would be cool haha. Thanks for the knowledge and input  btw!

I ordered the XZY so I think I will clearly know from there which direction I want to go.
If I want something softer, I'll definitely talk to you again because you seem to know a lot about less stimulating onaholes.

I think both of you made a good choice.  The ZXY is a great place to start.  There's a good reason why it's been the top seller since it released.  Just take good care of it and it will take care of you!
