I red reviews where people said they didn't like the teeth or it got in the way etc. But other then that the toy is amazing. So in my opinion if you remove the teeth it'll be the perfect oral toy

I thought the teeth were brilliant. It's certainly more than possible to remove though, since only the base of the teeth are stuck onto the silicon, one cut and they're off.

I couldn't do it with mine though, it would fill me with too much guilt. The poor la bocca, all she wanted to do was please.
