So, before I start, for those of you who have never heard of the Soloflesh, then you need to look at these links:

 for those of you who know what Soloflesh is, it's super awesome and absolutely no standard pocket pussy or fleshlight to compare to the awesomeness of the water-filled bootylicious bounciness of it! 

A somewhat noticeable issue with the Soloflesh, however, is that you need the proper sink fosset in order to fill up the Soloflesh.  and without the proper fosset, the back pressure caused by the filling of the inflatable booty will cause the water to rush through your pipes, and cause a big mess all over your floor and under the sink.  Of course, there is still the alternate option of filling it with air, like a balloon, but it lacks the warm and weighty satisfaction that warm water would give.  So, finding myself in this situation, I told myself that there must be another way.  And when the internet didn't hold that way, by damn, I made the way myself, and it's an effective way to boot.

What you need:
- Your Soloflesh (of course)
- 1.6 gallons of warm water (use of a gallon container is highly encouraged.)
- standard-sized cup
- a big plastic straw from a big novelty cup, or a related tube.
- several towels

Start by:
     Gather the materials listed above. Fill your gallon container(s) with warm water.  Prepare a spot in, or not too far from, your sink, and as far from electrical outlets or anything that could be damaged by water.  If you must use an area that isn't the sink, fold a towel twice so it forms four layers, and lay it on a flat surface as near the sink as you can be. 

Procedure:
(Note:  The procedure is a rather timely one that takes up to about 5-10 minutes.)
(Caution:  During this process, water can and will leak from the bottleneck opening and spurt from the straw.  Be prepared to get a little wet, and don't have electrical devices or anything you aren't willing to get wet around you during the procedure.  And of course, insure there is nothing remotely sharp or hot that could burst, damage, or otherwise, the Soloflesh.)

          1. Hold the bottleneck opening of the Soloflesh under running warm water until filled near the brim.  DO NOT FORM A SEAL WITH THE FOSSET. 
(Note:  This step is to prevent the possibility of an air pocket forming in the Soloflesh.)
          2. Turn the fosset off and set the Soloflesh down in the sink or on a towel on a flat surface.
          3. Insert the straw (or tube) into the bottle neck, to where the bottom of the straw is slightly below the bottom rim of the bottleneck.  Form a tight seal with the Soloflesh and straw by tightening the bottleneck with the velcro belt provided with the Soloflesh.  Keep one hand wrapped around the bottleneck and focus on keeping the Soloflesh secured and balanced.  Don't pull or tug at the bottleneck, lift up the Soloflesh from the bottleneck, or press down too hard on the bottleneck.
          4.  -This is where things start to get wet.-  Keeping your hand on the bottleneck of the Soloflesh, use your other hand to pour some of the warm water from the gallon of water into a cup.  Take some of the water from the cup into your mouth, and blow it into the Soloflesh through the straw.  Once the cup is empty, refill the cup with the gallon of water, and repeat.  Continue this step for 1.6 gallons of water.  Take breaks if need be if you become exhausted or feel your cheeks hurting.
(Note:  You may also decide to take in water directly from the gallon itself instead of pouring it into the cup.  I'd only recommend this if you have a strong wrist, or if you've emptied the container enough to where it's light enough to lift to your mouth without much issue. (Note:  During this process, the pressure building up inside the Soloflesh will cause water to spurt from the top of the straw and leak out from the top of the bottleneck in brief spurts.  This is a normal occurrence and can be disregarded, unless the water is gushing profusely from the straw or bottleneck.  In which case, you might be applying too much downward pressure on the Soloflesh with your hand, or the seal with the velcro strap isn't tight enough.  If that's not the reason,  I don't know what to tell ya.)
          5.  Slowly remove the straw from the bottleneck.  The velcro will keep the bottleneck sealed after the straw is removed.
          6.  Dry up any spilled water that occurred during the procedure, as to eliminate a slipping hazard of any kind.
          7.  Lube up and fuck the shit out of your Soloflesh!

I apologize if any of the steps were confusing, but it's honestly a more simpler process that what it seems, especially after the first time it's completed.  It certainly paid off for me.  With Soloflesh filled with air, I could go at it for over 10 minutes or so.  When filled with warm water, reverse cowgirl with it makes me bust a nut in under 3 minutes!  Even for a price of near $100, it's far better than any fleshlight!  So if ya don't got one, I'd recommend it, and if you don't have a proper fosset, this tutorial should help you out.
