Can somebody be kind to to give me an advice in clean the surface and when I do clean the area; will the surface still be soft after drying it? Or you could send me a link regarding this matter.

I believe the trick is not to allow dirt/oils/sweat to build up in the first place by wiping it down occasionally with a damp cloth or paper towel.  I use paper towels sprayed with diluted isopropyl alcohol.  I let the paper towels get a little damp, not dripping wet and let air dry afterwards or you could wipe it down with a dry towel.  This method has worked well for me as my MPD shows no signs of staining or wear and tear in the almost 2 years I've had it.

I don't know how to clean the doll if its' already showing stains.  Using diluted alcohol might help, buy I doubt it will get rid of the stains completely.  You could try some kind of fabric or upholstery cleaner.

There aren't any stain on the surface, or cum stains for that matter. LOL
The surface across MPD breasts are kind of wear off due to repeated groping with my hands.
I think over the time, the surface became dull. A bit is all. I guess because of my oily fingers which allows to distribute dirt on the surface. Nothing serious. I will take note regarding your advice.

You could try putting a sports bra on the doll.  This will help protect the breast area from wear AND keep it clean.  It's much easier to clean a bra than the doll itself.  I would recommend something seamless like an Ahh bra by Rhonda Shear.  It's made of thin microfiber so its' soft and you can still feel the breasts through it, but anything made of a thin, soft material should work well.

The heck with cleaning. I  bought  a 24" and  48"  BLACK LIGHTS and it seems to make my Plush Doll Brand new again; equivalent to unboxing the new MPD. It actually look more appealing in black lights. LOL
