I believe the trick is not to allow dirt/oils/sweat to build up in the first place by wiping it down occasionally with a damp cloth or paper towel. I use paper towels sprayed with diluted isopropyl alcohol. I let the paper towels get a little damp, not dripping wet and let air dry afterwards or you could wipe it down with a dry towel. This method has worked well for me as my MPD shows no signs of staining or wear and tear in the almost 2 years I've had it.I don't know how to clean the doll if its' already showing stains. Using diluted alcohol might help, buy I doubt it will get rid of the stains completely. You could try some kind of fabric or upholstery cleaner. SB

The heck with cleaning. I bought a 24" and 48" BLACK LIGHTS and it seems to make my Plush Doll Brand new again; equivalent to unboxing the new MPD. It actually look more appealing in black lights. LOL
