Change shipping address for order?

I've made a typo in the shipping address in my order and would like it fixed before the order gets shipped out. I've emailed TD regarding this, but have yet to receive a response. The ticket number is #NLM-82776

they usually respond pretty fast, the few times i"ve emailed them I got a reply the same day.
