Caring/cleaning for Meiki toys

Hi all,
Was well aware of possible tears/damage to the Sarah (the one I bought) but got it anyway because it looked too good to pass.
Going ok so far. My issue comes with drying and cleaning.
So this sleeve is fairly tight... it also has a massive gspot blocking a large part of the canal unless pushed away.
1.
How do you clean this thing properly? Running water into it then pouring it out the front seems inefficient and like it wouldnt entirely clean it! I do not want to start poking my fingers around in it
too much because like any human I have hard fingernails which are trimmed but still have an edge.
I do not want to put towels in it or anything else either.
Was considering using a hairdryer on a cool setting and blowing air in? But it isn't really cleaning just drying ;s
Where do you guys put it to dry?
At the moment I leave it on a very very clean plastic surface to air dry (lying horizontally). Don't see an alternative? Can spend money to fix this problem if it will work.
2.
Any other care tips from experienced Meiki users?
Bought cornstarch and am going to use a brush to dust it occaisionally. How much should I be using?
Thanks!
