USB onahole warmer problems...how do i turn it on?

So first of all, I got two USB onahole warmers from Rends. (The newer one, not the one sold at TD). I got one from two different stores on Amazon. Both of them don't work for me. When I plug it in, nothing happens. Both of them are like this. Is there some way I'm supposed to turn it on? Or is it supposed to turn on automatically?

Are you sure you're plugging it into a powered USB port? Have you tried other USB ports?
