I keep reading online that the Lilith sleeves from TOMAX are some of the best out there, and they're really cheap too, at around 35$, How come TD doesn't carry them?

Why TD doesn't carry TOMAX products?

 Simple - because TOMAX has a policy of having a single seller / distributor outside Japan. In Europe, they picked Omocha Dreams (TD's European partners), but in the USA they picked QueenCat because they already had business relations with its owner  (they had worked together in Japan).
