I'm glad TD uses FedEx option rather than send stuff with UPS... at least from my own experience FedEx drivers are much more professional and careful with packages..I'd choose Fedex over any other options anyday!

My free shipping MPD shipment came in quick (2.5 days) and perfectly intact via FedEx, from IL to TX.  In fact, the box was in perfect shape and the FedEx delivery guy waited at the door so he can get a signature from me.  Very impressed with both TD and FedEx for the excellent service.

On another note, I recently received a UPS package from Costco and the darn thing was gouged badly.  It looked like it had been dropped and kicked around on it's short 2-day transit from their warehouse to my home.  When I brought it in for a return to my local Costco unopened, the staff had to examine it for a while to determine if it was acceptable to be taken back as I kept telling them it was UPS and not me that did the damage.  Sigh.
