ToyDemon has always been so great with shipping... it was really always an extra plus with this company.

Well... What is going on? It takes them a week before they ever even ship anything out now!!!

This really sucks... especially when you are accustomed to the way things used to be here.

We have always shipped within one business days or sooner, this has not change.

The shipping method on checkout will tell you exactly when the ship date is with an accurate delivery estimate.
Please note that the past Monday was Columbus Day which is a national holiday with USPS not working on that day.
For anyone that ordered on Friday after USPS' cutoff, the package will not be picked up by USPS until yesterday.
However this information would be shown on the shipping method table while checking out.

What is your order number? Please send an email to our customer support so that we can better help you.
A package would never take a week to ship out.

TD going down on shipping time or a customer that didn't bother to read anything at all?

So far I've pretty much had my items shipped within 1-2 business days from TD...no issues at all and have been a returned customer for a few years..  I'm going to assume you might have have ordered after the cutoff time and you probably hit columbus day holiday too...making it seem like order took 5 days to ship.. that sucks but i suppose you shouldn't be counting weekend days.. If that's not the case then maybe TD customer service might give you some help tracking your package.

To be very honest, I can't really see the reason for this topic. There is very little information and just a few sentences of venting because you were unhappy. If this was a complaint, or a request for Toy Demon to look into the problem, there would be other ways to have handled this.

If you wish to bring it to the community, I would hope you give us more information into the situation. From what you said, it can be inferred that you are somewhat of a regular and purchase at least every so often. There would have to be a pattern to suggest an ongoing problem. So the question is, is this one order out of many that didn't ship? Have you had many orders in a row take over a week before they were released to fedex? Are you the only one with this problem, or do you know a few also sharing this issue?

I've had a few orders recently and all of them were processed and shipped in a timely manner. Btw, sorry if this post seemed inconsiderate, that was not my intention.
