I made two orders with the same address,one was $77 so I got free shipping and a day few days later I used the memorial day code for some lotion that was usps . I got my onaholes but the lotion never came and usps said it got to my county but was undeliverable as addressed. The address for both were the same but somehow the second one was undeliverable even though the one I did get went throught usps because of fedex. If usps was able to give me one why didn't it give me the other and what should I do? Am I just out 15 bucks?

man that sucks for you.........and don't get me started on USPS..... if you looked thru the forum you'd see how much I hate USPS. Just a bunch of lazy workers that really don't care about their job and can't get fired because of the union and also their technology is so archaic that it's just sad.

I think you can try contacting TD customer service and see what they can do. I almost never ship with USPS unless it's the only option and even then I still hate it.

I usually like usps since when the mail comes I know my package is there but this pissed me off and whenever I call the computer just  tells me that it's undeliverable and nothing else. I did what you said though so thanks.

USPS customer service sucks..they just give your some bs answer and the customer are stuck with money loss..

Got my package the same day I posted the thread lol. Guess where it was =_= it was sent to my sister's house, luckly for me it was just lotion and not onaholes like the first package.

that's odd...why would usps send it to your sister's house?? does she live next door?

no she had just moved out and since we have the same last name I guess they thought it went with the address change

Yea,it really could've ended bad especially since the one I did get was 3 onaholes. The order they sent her was just lotion and luckily for me she didn't open it. If she did open it I'd OF just said it's some special japanese lotion lol.

You wouldn't be lying.  Most of the Japanese lotions I've tried have been kind of special.
