I got this sleeve hoping it'd be different enough compared to my two Meikis (Maria, Sarah) as I didn't want another Meiki-like sleeve toy that was only slightly different and I can confirm it is indeed different enough for my goal to have been met. I've used it 3 times with a total use time of close to 3 hours.

As others have said, the material is very soft and it is softer than the Maria though not a night and day difference. Still, if you want something softer than those Meikis then this is a toy that is and if you don't want something softer than the Maria then this is not a good option.

I enjoy the internal structure/design though I can see why some do not like it. Where with the other Meikis the texture design is of rounded bumps and ridges this is more about cornered/straight edges and there is a slight corkscrew like twist. It of course isn't painful yet I could see for some who may not find it pleasurable and prefer the smoothness of the rounded style design.

Demonbladder had said in his review that this was a good toy to have longer sessions with and I agree with that. I am no stamina king but with this thing I can go a decent length of time   at basically constant stroking while watching porn before having to stop for a minute or two. With the other Meikis  while watching porn the time I can go with straight thrusting before needing to stop for a bit is probably half. I think part of this is because of the material being so soft so it expands more with your unit and provides less resistance/fricton but also because the interior is designed in a way that there is still a bit more space between the sides than with the Meikis which means there is less resistance/friction as well to your head when moving in and out. It may count as a zero diameter toy yet it just has a bit more space than my Meikis do and that factors into me lasting much longer than I can with my Maria or Sarah.

Stimulation wise this is both more stimulating than my Meikis and less to me. More in that the canal design/texture is more pronounced so I can feel the differences more easily yet less because of what I said above with there being less resistance/friction. I will say that when using it in what would be the doggystyle position the sleeve can become a bit too stimulating for me. The reason being the most sensitive spot on my dick is a spot on the top of my head to the right of the urethra where I think with most guys it is their frenulum. With the way the sleeve is designed, there is some spot that when the sleeve is flipped that it rubs the top of my head too much and can become uncomfortable. It is like the stinger part of the Maria which does the same thing to me after some time of use when the head is naturally getting more sensitive the longer you are stimulating it.

Compared to the two Meikis it is no doubt less realistic yet it still feels really good.

Now the above is when using this as a regular hand stroker. Things changed when I threw it into my Meiki Plush Doll which either told me something about the doll or about my dick/system.

When I threw this into the Plush Doll it was obviously tighter as every other sleeve I throw in there gets tighter. What really surprised me was it felt almost exactly like the Sarah and Maria! Those clear differences I felt from its canal structure to the Meikis were gone. Even that spot in doggystyle being too stimulating when used with my hand seemed to be gone. So this either says to me that the doll can make all toys basically feel the same by adding the tightness to them thus making the textures more like the same design or my dick just takes tighter things to feel the same. I think it makes sense in theory because the looser something is the more you should be able to feel the subtleties in a surface as long as you are in contact with it. The tighter you touch something then the less obvious its surface subtleties becomes. No reason why it would be different with these sleeves in the doll, at least for me.

Now does the above mean the toy doesn't feel good in the doll or that the doll is bad? Of course not. It felt great in the doll and I love the Plush Doll...just that the differences I felt when using it in my hand were gone.

When using this with my hand I'd say it is like a hybrid of a Meiki and Tenga toy, specifically the 3d sleeves. If one has used any of the 3D sleeves and likes them and likes or wants Meiki-like material and similar dimensions/style then this is it.

As far as cleaning and drying, this thing is a bit of a pain in the ass as it is more difficult to clean and dry than the other two Meikis because of how that internal canal is. I dry my toys after use and with the Meikis I throw a paper towel ball into the sleeve to get the water at the end. It is a bitch with this because of the "rollercoaster" type path it has. I haven't any idea how they would expect this toy to air dry as well given how blocked off the end is from air getting in there. Thankfully the material seems durable and can easily stretch to get this process done though we shall see if that is true. I have got a very minor tear in the opening but this seems to be common with every Meiki because they make the openings too damn small. I don't know how anyone whose girth isn't the equivalent of a baby's dick wouldn't tear these openings a bit. Is it to give people some feeling of tearing a hymen? Now when I say minor I mean it is the type of tear that happens to mold to one's dick and nothing more. My Maria got this after the first use and it never spread so I am pretty confident this won't. It isn't like my Sarah that got a tear in the outer lips and it spread as well as a tear in the inner part that spread because of the dual layer design. This really is more like a "popping its cherry" effect. Seemingly a non-issue yet I figured I would mention it.

All in all this is a great toy and so far I'd rank it just below the Maria (they are super close though) with the Sarah being in 3rd place. In terms of all my toys I'd rank it 3rd behind the HEPS Fantastic (mine has indeed ripped at both sides of the mouth...boo tough still usable) and the Maria.

I will conclude that if it takes you a while to unload then this probably isn't the toy for you unless you want to further extend your sessions. I also don't think it is for people who prefer tightness or if they don't like or feel they won't like angled edges in the texture brushing along their dick. Those people should probably stick to the regular Meikis.
