I am not sure what to get - I've had Maria before - but now its between these - which do you guys think is the best choice?

I've you loved Maria's soft gentleness, it would be safest just to go with another maria, can't go wrong with that choice.
If you want to change things up, the Eiro Chika is a little larger and looks more like the modern Meiki, and it does feel a little different to the Maria. Whether that is positive or not is up to you. I personally think the Maria still tops it in sensations, but maybe not in durability.

Might also want to consider the Hibiki Ootsuki https://www.toydemon.com/Meiki-Hibiki-Ootsuki.html
that one feels noticeably different from the Maria, a little more intense. If you want different but still soft/gentle, I'd go with that one.

Going with the ZXY you mentioned last would be the biggest change. It's a dual layer and will provide much more stimulation than the Maria. It's also not high on durability, which you should keep in mind. It's an amazing toy in its own right, though.
The Julia+ is similar to the ZXY but has a little less of inner material. The Julia does last longer, though, so it could also be considered for as long as it's still in stock.

I've been considering making a blog and bundling everything I know about everything, but it also seems a lot of work.. hehe..
