Used my Sarah for the first time yesterday and I was fortunate to not have any tears or cracks.

I find this sleeve to be pretty awesome and based on first use it seems to be on par with and possibly slightly better than the Meiki Maria which is the only other Meiki toy I have. It's been ages since I last had sex so I'm not really one to determine how real feeling a toy is yet this seemed just as realistic as the Maria and to me more so since the Maria has a few spots that are too stimulating/pronounced for realism sake. The Sarah is indeed tighter yet not too tight to make it less enjoyable for me. I am one of those who doesn't like my toys being super tight.

The entrance/first little bit of the insert of this sleeve is incredible and looks so realistic that I just have to shake my head when I look at it. I also dig the coloring of the second layer and if the durability of this is junk because of the second layer then I hope going forward they can color the interior of the single layer sleeves (I know it'd require more time and work yet I am sure it could be done if the sleeves were molded in a 2 part process of the same material) as the color is visually appealing and just adds more to the realism.

Oh and I love the little ass cheeks of the exterior and I laughed squeezing and slapping them a couple times just because of how real that felt compared to doing the same with my own skin. I also find the little cheeks visually stimulating when using this in what would be the doggystyle/reverse position.

I do have a meiki plush doll (came with the Sarah) but I used this sleeve with just my hand the first time so I could see how it compares that way since that is the only way I have used my Maria. I plan to try out the doll with my Maria tonight and then probably use it with the Sarah tomorrow.

All in all I think this is a great sleeve as long as it can stay fairly durable.

Yeah the 936 is a nice unit, though, I did buy it originally to do work on my ham radio projects.  By the way, I used my Sarah yesterday after a month or two abscence, and it was a good as I remembered-not over stimulating and very realistic.  At the same time I took out my Meiki 008 to see how it compared, and it too felt fantastic and slightly more stimulating.  Atm my top toys in this order are Chika, Sarah, 008, DNA Kitazawa, ZXY, Maria and Hoshino.  I'm rating my Maria a little lower then it deserves because of the off center hole.  Anyways, my top three toys share one unusual issue in that they are both a bit fragile at the entrance and needed repair. I'm mentioning this fact to bring up an interesting point.  I'm beginning to think that the more "fragile" elastomer used to make these toys may in fact create the "texture" I like. I don't know for sure if this is true, but it is a possibility. One thing, however, that I do know, is that if you have a toy you really like, it makes sense to keep it in good shape by fixing those cracks before they get bad.  While I'm talking about durability, I'd like to mention that the toys that have shown the least amount of breakdown are the Maria and DNA Hoshino and Kitazawa. This may be because the Maria doesn't get much use, but I think others have had great service from the Maria.  However, the super soft DNA elastomer is really tough, and I'm sure there are other toys out there that use durable but soft elastomers.

Now I'm getting really tempted to try this one out.  Knowing myself, it's just a matter of time until I pull the trigger.  There are only so many NPG's out there and Sarah is one of the ones I don't have yet.

So last night I used my Sarah again, this time in the Meiki plush doll. I plan to have a new thread on my review of that but will simply say right here that the doll is amazing and anyone who really enjoys jacking off with their sleeves and wants more realism should get one. Some more comments on the Sarah:

-I still think the texture interior is very realistic and overall feels very much like the Maria, just tighter. With the Maria I can put two fingers in there and it gives basically molding around my fingers while with this, it pushes back against my two fingers. I have no idea if either is more representative of a real vagina other than when I used to have sex many moons ago, putting 2 fingers in the girl I was with put tightness on my fingers in a similar way like the Sarah does.

-I love the way it looks and inside it looks so life like that it is almost scary. I am sure other dual layers are the same way.

-After a prolonged period of time thrusting there is something in the Maria that causes too much stimulation to my head and I haven't noticed this in the Sarah. I think it may be that stinger deal at the end of the Maria. I am not some stamina king but have used both of these two times in the same session and on the second session it takes a good effort for me to get off and I thrust at a much faster pace so that is where I notice this sort of over stimulation with the Maria while with the Sarah last night it never happened. In this instance the Sarah is more realistic since I never had this happen with real sex.

-The entrance of the Sarah is so awesome and I love sliding into it, especially when it is in the plush doll. This is an area where the Sarah blows the Maria away. I also like that the front isn't angled like the Maria as it makes it easier to use this in the plush doll.

-Unfortunately I got some tears last night which I figure happened after the second round since it was more vigorous than my slow thrusting first round which didn't cause any tears since I checked between the rounds. I got a tear at the same area boldav49 shows yet for me it was just on one side. I also got a tear at the bottom of the opening for the outer lips. I believe this happened because the bottom of that outer lip opening is not lined up the greatest for the inner opening (basically the bottom of the outer lips is on the same line as the bottom of the inner opening) so being inside the sleeve would be stretching that area out more than if there was a bit of space between the bottom of the inner opening and outer opening.

I attempted to fix that inner tear yet failed miserably so I basically did what boldav49 did and just melted away that whole area. Feeling wise I don't think it will matter one bit so if this somehow ends up helping the durability then all the better. As for the outer lip tear, I tried to fix that yet I apparently don't know the best way to join two sides together as it didn't really work. I don't think it will matter though or spread (since as stated above, it seems to have just teared because of how it was lined up and adjusting to my dick being in there) so I won't concern myself with it unless it gets worse.

One thing I also did notice is that there are a couple spots where the second layer is joined at the entrance and while not peeling away, it has come apart ever so slightly. I think this may be because of how I have cleaned/dried it as it doesn't make sense for this to happen from regular use. Which leads me to...

-Cleaning this thing sucks compared to the Maria. Well, it isn't so much cleaning it that is much worse but drying. This thing sucks to dry because of how the interior path is and I am sure because of the added tightness compared to the Maria. With the Maria I can get my fingers in there with a towel or paper towel and easily get to the end to dry but with this it is damn hard to get back there without opening the sleeve super wide which I of course don't want to do because of the inferior durability/possible tear issues. I don't know how other dual layers are with this but I recall reading someone say dual layers are harder to clean/dry and require more delicacy and I would agree with that with the Sarah.

So that's basically more info from my second and third rounds with the Sarah. The first two rounds probably lasted 15-20 minutes but with slow thrusting and some stops. The third round was probably 30 or more minutes and with uh, porn star like speed thrusting.

Oh and I have not unloaded in either of these sleeves and never plan to because of the effort in cleaning them although as a whole I usually don't unload in my toys (even with my Tenga toys which are so easy to clean) as it is quicker to clean up when I don't since I just jizz into some toilet paper. I just wouldn't feel comfortable dropping my goo in there and thinking I got it all out when cleaning yet missing some and something funky happens because of that. It's a shame because I would like to at times stay in at the point of unloading. I guess if it comes time to replace either one that I will just do it then.

So all in all, I think this is a great sleeve as long as it holds up and to me it does feel basically like a tighter Maria yet with an amazing opening. Obviously though what one feels is dependent on their dick. With these sleeves I don't find I can specifically feel/point out the micro textures where as with things like my Tenga 3D sleeves I can for the most part feel the textures since they are much more pronounced....so to me, being in a Sarah and a Maria feels for the most part the same aside from tightness and that stinger at the end of the Maria. Maybe to others their head is able to specifically feel these small textures and it would be different for them. I am circumcised and have always considered myself to have extra sensitivity based on touching around my head can easily be felt and there is no problem sending stimulation signals to my pc muscle while with what I have seen other guys talk about, this seems to not be the case. Maybe though I'm not as sensitive as I figure compared to the average guy. No clue obviously without having other peoples' dicks attached and finding out. Basically to get to the point, what I feel is obviously not what others might so keep that in mind.

Did you're tears show up in the same area as the one's in my pic?

That little year of the inner material is exactly what happened to me too. At first I thought i was too rough on it during the rinsing. Either it was that or the material is very poorly constructed and joined with the outer layer. Either way for me it has been getting larger but so far it hasn't effected much of the toy.

I've had a Sarah 007 for over a year now and it doesn't feel as good anymore. The first couple of times were great, but as more pieces started coming off of the sticky dual-layer, it's now in pretty bad shape. It's great, but only for a while.

I'm going to take better care of my Meiki Ozawa, it's not dual layer... bought it many years ago.   Dual layer didn't impress me with Sujiman Kupa Rina  nor  Kashin Chapter 6.   Thanks for your forum and posts !
