Let's help the next guys out and post the sizes of clothing that you have purchased and been happy with.  I know she isn't a "girl" but let's be practical and admit that both girl's and women's sizes will work.  Please answer if you have something to share!

PS -  Yes... I know you don't need all of these but I bet that among all owners, someone can provide input for most or all of these!

The Meiki doll uses women sizes XS or S for the top (4 - 6 in numbers), with size Small being the one I got better results.

For panties / boyshorts / thongs or any tight fitting bottom part, size Small had worked well. The same goes for dresses / skirts although size Medium  - size 8 - had worked too with some styles (i.e. mini skirts).

Swimsuits - Woman Small (that is the size of the red swimsuit I used for my blog's review).

Girl's XL (16-18) and Junior's 7-9 should work well too depending on the style.
