Recycle your Meiki ...

I'm sure many of you have Meiki's or other similar toys that you no longer use, but you still don't have the heart to throw them out because they cost you a bunch of money. Therfore, I suggest you might want to consider recycling them into an elastomeric sheet or rubber skin which you can use to fix or even improve your other masturbators. Now before I explain how to do this I'll give you fair warning that this simple process isn't for the accident prone. If you have a tendency to spill hot liquids on yourself then don't even consider trying this. Also I don't want to be held responsible if you get sick later on when you stupidly inhale a bunch of noxious Meiki fumes. Now with that out of the way, let me tell you the steps I took to melt my old thermoplastic rubber toys into something more useful then fake pussies taking up my valuable closet space.
Step 1: Get yourself an inexpensive Coleman camp stove or something similar with a one pound propane cyclinder. Most of you probably have one of these already gathering dust in your garage. The other thing you will need is an old pot preferably with a thick bottom for good heat transfer. I used a stainless steel pot that my wife no longer cared about in case I messed it up with burnt rubber.
Step 2: Wash your Meiki or similar rubber toy beforehand, and then cut it up into tiny bits no more than 1" square. Light your stove outdoors with a window fan sucking the fumes away. Don't aim it towards the stove or you will blow the flame out
. It's also probably a good idea to put on some thick gloves, heavy clothing, proper eye protection and paint mask. Put the pot on the stove and drop a few chunks of the toy into the pot. Make sure the flame is at it's lowest setting because you don't want to burn the rubber. You just want to melt it slowly. Now if you are using a high quality toy that has the right kind of rubber like in an NPG Meiki, it will begin to turn into liquid rubber. It may take a few minutes for this to happen at first, but eventually the rubber pieces will liquify. After this happens you can add a little more into the pot. Also don't forget to stir the mixture constantly with a spoon. You will find that as more and more rubber melts the whole process will speed up. After about 10 minutes, your old toy should now have turned into liquid.
Step 3: I used a lightweight aluminum bread pan as my mold, but anything metal should work. Carefully and quickly pour all your liquid into the mold and let it sit on a level surface for 15 minutes before messing with it. You will be painfully surprised at how well it retains it's heat so don't touch it prematurely. When it's finally cooled off sprinkle corn starch or talcum powder on it. Then carefully start peeling it loose from one side. As you do this sprinkle more powder on the newly exposed area beneath and keep doing this as you reveal more fresh sticky rubber.
Step 4: The fun begins. Wash the newly formed sheet/skin in water, and dry it off with a clean microfiber towel. Select an unpowdered toy that you want to make thicker. In my case it was a Meiki Maria that had a thin side due to an off center hole. Next wrap the self-sticking sheet material around your toy "taco style", preferably overlaping the edges over the weak spot. If you want your toy to be tighter, wrap the stretchy sheet around it snugly for that mythical virgin feel. You can also cut your sheet down into smaller pieces to reinforce specific areas before wrapping it in the rubber skin. Lastly, sprinkle the outside of the Meiki "burrito" with powder so that it doesn't stick to your hand, and have at it with your favorite video. (Pictures to follow)

Man that is awesome!!!!
I don't even know how you got the idea to do that, but it's sweet as heck.
All you need know is create a mold and make your own sleeve!!

That's actually how the project began. I thought about recasting some of my reject pussies into better toys, but I soon discovered some problems in the process of making the first one. To begin, I realized after the first pour that your mold needs to be well sealed, especially if you are using something cheap like plaster of paris for some of the parts; otherwise, there will be a lot of bubbles introduced into the final product. Then there is the simple fact that remelting toys is probably not a healthy endeavor in the first place and that the reheated rubber can lose some of it's durability. This is not an issue if you do a few just to make some Meiki wraps, but I wouldn't want to spend hour after hours sniffing those fumes. So what I will probably try next is to get some 2-part platinum silicone from Smooth-on. This is similar to what the big boys use when they make those 6k high end sex dolls. The mold below was made by mixing and matching various parts I liked from several toys, and then modifying them further with plaster to my own tastes.

looks awesome ..but would the mold stand the heat of the hot silicone? I don't know much about mold and toolings so not sure what is the best way to come up with something like that...a interior mold that you can make your own toys with.

Yeah that mold withstood the hot thermal plastic rubber just fine, but like I mentioned earlier there was a lot of bubbles produced in the test toy. The silicone on the other hand is a two part product that is mixed at room temperature. The main problem you face with silicone is also getting air bubbles out of it too. Most people use some sort of vacuum chamber though I think you could use what is called the "bombs away" method for a toy if you don't need it to be cosmetically perfect. Basically your pour the silicone in a thin stream from a moderate height (like a chair or ladder) and this gets rid of most of them. If you look on youtube you will find a fair number of videos on the subject.
