Skyrim's many glitches and exploits.
« on: December 11, 2012, 08:49:52 AM »
I was just curious if you Skyrim players used any of these.

Personally I did everything I wanted to do in it then exploited the hell out of the game haha.

I use the store keeper exploit all the time as well as both the Dawnstar and Whiterun chests (they may not be true exploits though).

Restoration loop enchanting I only keep stamina (to sprint everywhere) and carry weight on constantly, but will do other things for funz (especially with the new way to enchant things in the Dragonborn DLC {trying to be specific spoiler free for those who don't want them}).

The Oghma Infinium trick I only use when I want a quick boost for a perk, but also after finishing all quests I want to do will use this to max out.

Just curious if anyone still played this and what they do to chea.. er..  "alter the space/time continuum" (because you're a Dragonborn right?  There's a Shout for that!)

Man I really wanted to try Skyrim, but never did.

I saw some funny ass videos (or creepy), about a guy cutting and keeping all his female head trophies in his house.......

I can never get into western RPG of free roaming FPS adventures. Always more eastern Japanese RPGs for me. Only western ones I played are Mass Effect, and I am still in the process of trying to finish 3.

The "sandbox" RPGs definitely aren't for everyone, really the only ones (for the most part) that I like are Bethesda's (Fallout, Elder Scrolls).

Mass Effect is great!  I'm one of the (seeming) minority that actually liked the ending to the series.  Let us know what you think of it when you see it  :)

I am about to take the fight back to Cerberus, am I close to the end yet?

I loved the first 2 ME because I played thru them in like a few weeks. With ME3, I haven't had time to just sit down and plow thru it. I keep going back like every other week or so, and I forget about what happened. Because of that, I don't get as pulled into the story as I did for the previous 2.

I do love the multiplayer tho. Almost makes me wish they'd make a Gears of War type game for ME and play like the multi. That would be awesome!

Oh yeah you're real close, only two or three missions left.  They are lengthy ones though so make sure you set some time aside.

I love Skyrim. I can't play it any more because it is too addictive, immersive, and with the right mods it replace reality!

Also, too many nudie mods. I can't keep up with all of them. And I can't focus on the storyline because I keep seeing perfectly rendered naked women in lewd acts of chivalry.

Skyrim was an awesome game, but I kind of stopped 3/4 through.  I'll probably pick it up again later.  I've been playing Borderlands 2 recently and it's pretty awesome!  Been playing it non-stop since I got it day after launch day.  If you like FPS, you need to do yourself a favor and try it out.

It really is.  I forgot about the "follower/trainer" trick which I use when possible and just recently discovered the "platter" trick.

That one I've only used twice in the new DLC and I wish I hadn't.  Not that it messed up the game or anything it just turned out to be unnecessary  and way too much hassle haha
