I ordered my Meiki Maria last week, and on Thursday I saw that according to USPS Tracking it had been "delivered" at around 3 pm. Well I get home super excited a few hours later, and lo and behold, no package in sight. Nothing in my mailbox, nothing in front of my apartment door, and nothing in my apartment's lobby. I called USPS and they investigated the matter, but so far it seems like I'm never going to get my package. They claim it was delivered, and they say there isn't much they can do at this point. I tried talking to the mailman in person, but it wasn't my regular guy, so I'll have to wait until Monday to hopefully speak with him.

I'm EXTREMELY upset about this. It's $95 practically thrown in the garbage, and I'm not sure I can afford to purchase another one. I don't know if it was delivered to a wrong address, or if a neighbor picked it up by mistake, or if it was outright stolen.

I'm not sure there's anything ToyDemon can do either, it's pretty much out of their hands.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? I really have no idea what to do right now...

o damn that sucks....that's why I always go with FedEx with anything i order on the internet...freaking USPS is just a failure of a system.... FedEx and UPS usually would have better judgement of packages (Other than those that gets caught on camera) as far as if the package could be left w/o being stolen... I'd contact TD customer service..they're really helpful in multiple situations I've had before. Maybe even ask your neighbors if they've mistakenly "stolen"*cough* your package...j/k  good luck bro~

Once any package leaves TD's warehouse, it's really out of their hands and not their fault unless they ship the wrong item.  I'm not a fan of USPS, but I've never seen a case of them updating their system of "Delivered" and a product wasn't actually delivered.  My guess is it got stolen.

That really sucks. Well you have already contacted USPS and hopefully they'll be able to figure out something.

I really hate with all the technology we have today we still can't freaking deliver a package right. That they could possibly send it to another address, or that they would just leave it out there for anyone to take. I had a package 2 weeks ago by FedEx that was delivered, but I never saw it at all. We got 3 apartments with new tenants, I wonder if they took it, but what's the point, they will never admit to it and there's nothing I can do.

I hate how shoplifting can get someone in jail, but till this day nothing is being done about stealing packages right off ppl's door/porch. Horrible.

Just try and contact TD maybe they can do something for you, better than nothing.
