 Apparently a Doctor of some sort has chimed in on his experience and had this to say..

"Product started disintegrating after first use around the mouth corner area. After second use, the disintegration progressed quite further and rendered the product unusuable. The nubs pictured in the product description are not as pronounced as one would expect. The suction and tongue are two prominent features of this product, however.
