Hello everybody i'm new to the forums, so be nice.
I've bought many toys from the good folks of TD before, including the Maria, ZXY, Nao, and Sarah so my review on the perverted insult is based on my experiences with these

Appearance and size: 8/10
In terms of appearance this is definitely something to gawk at. This toy is a beauty, especially when you spread the lips of vaginal opening and can see triple hole design. If the sight is not appealing to your sexual desires (imagine if all girls had 3 holes instead of one), it should at least be an intrigue to your curiosity. This toy also has a dual layer design, and the pink color of the interior is quite inviting. Not to mention the texture of the toy is very soft, much like other meikis.
In terms of size the toy is a little small, although it's larger than the ZXY or the Maria, it's too small for it's ambitious design. It is smaller than it should be, but you'll still have to use two hands for this toy as it is very wide and round shaped.

Sensations pros and cons: 7/10
Pros: Perhaps the best part of this toy are the many options that you have when you are playing with it, much like the Nao Yoshizaki or other toys that have multiple openings, being able to go in and out of the different orifices with your member is quite the experience. But the Perverted insult distinguishes it self from the crowd by having more than 2 holes at the same time, besides from the anal opening and the vaginal opening the toy also has three different paths to choose from within the vaginal shaft. Each of the shafts are supposed to stimulate a different experience, the top hole is deep throat, and the bottom two are supposed to be vaginal and handjob. And as mentioned before, the toy has a dual layer design allowing for a very realistic sensation as you slide you member in.
Cons: As i've mentioned above, the toy is too small for it's own good, because the design squeezes multiple shafts into the same toy, the shafts are each very "thin." Especially if you are using the top opening or the anal opening, since they are very close to the surface of the toy, the tightness and squeeze of the holes are lacking.
Something else that i found disappointing is the nearly indistinguishable sensations of the 3 separate paths within the vaginal opening, i dunno about others who purchased the toy, but i couldn't really tell any difference between the 3 vaginal openings, being able to swap between the holes is still interesting but ultimately doesn't make much difference. The anal opening is also a disappointment because it's so close to the surface of the toy, it's actually less tight than the inner vaginal paths. Sigh, if only the toy was larger the holes will have more squeeze.

Maintenance and cleaning: 6/10
Because there are 4 holes in total you'll be using quite a bit of lube and cleaning each hole is going to take some time.
Also since the toy has a dual layer, flipping the toy inside out is no longer an option, as flipping can cause ripping and tearing. And because of the delicate 3 paths design within the vagina you'll have to spend extra time cleaning and drying the 3 paths.
It's recommened that you use rubbing alcohol to disinfect the toy after several uses, but if you clean the toy after every use with hand soap and allow for proper drying that should be fine.

Overall: 7/10
This is an interesting item, if not for use, the design alone is something to admire. The toy definitely suffers from being so small, the tightness of the holes are lacking. I'll prefer the ZXY or the maria over this any day in terms of sensation and convenience, as their holes are just so much tighter and i especially like how the ZXY is so thick all around that the toy engulfs and hugs the member. If the perverted insult was much tighter for all the holes and that the differences between the vaginal openings were exaggerated this will be quite an item. overall i give this a 7/10, it's a great idea and it's really creative but ultimately fails in in it's design. For $130 it's a little steep considering it's flaws but it's a better purchase than Nao yoshi ($140) since it's cheaper and has more orifices (i like this word =D) to choose from.

 I also brought the Akira Elly a couple weeks back it's a pretty good toy. The only thing is that the holes are pretty shallow. They don't really go as deep as most other meiki's . That was my only complaint about the toy. Other than that I liked it but the material it's made out of is just as soft as maria. The anal hole on mine ended up tearing. You're absolutely right about the lube. Good thing she comes with 2 bottles of the stuff though and a nice applicator. I think of this is the "full service" kind of toy. If your going to use it you better REALLY use it otherwise your just wasting good lube lol. I like it though I think it's a fun toy. The thing about it though is that it's the same exact body mold as the Meiki honor and they just played around with it. I really like the concept of it.
 
Another cool thing about it it's size which is like like twice the size of a normal meiki. I'm usually one of those people that complain "this is too small" well.. NPG shut me up good this time

Excellent review. I'm always guilty of assuming these multi "orifice"  toys to be jacks of all trades. It's very interesting to me you would recommend this over 002 Nao. Thanks.
